PAC Retail Sales Associates

Job Summary

We are looking for a couple of friendly and energetic retail sales associates to work a temporary pop up at Saddle Creek and ensure that each and every Phillip Ashley Chocolates experience is outstanding.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Reports to Customer Experience Manager
• Assist customers as they shop; make recommendations and actively sell
• Ring up customers on iPad register
• Responds to customer calls, emails, and Podium messages
• Communicates customer needs/concerns to manager to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner

Requirements and Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills
• Ability to remain calm and kind, even with tough customers and situations
• Willingness to go the extra miles to make the customer happy
• Excellent communication skills -- clear and friendly in person, on the phone, and via email/text
• Openness and willingness to learn
• Ability to collaborate and work well with a team
• Excellent follow-through
• Hustle -- we get a LOT of orders and talk to a LOT of customers each day, and we need someone who can keep up!
