PAC Fulfillment Supervisor

Job Summary

This person is responsible for making sure that all orders are accurate and on time.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Reports directly to Phillip
• Manages Shopify Plus
• Supervises and trains the Fulfillment Team
• Works with the Customer Experience Manager to address special orders and lost/late orders
• Works alongside the Fulfillment team to pack and ship orders and ensure all are filled accurately and timely
• Streamlines current processes and documents SOPs

Requirements and Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail
• Exceptional follow-through
• Excellent communication skills -- clear and friendly in person, on the phone, and via email/text
• Openness and willingness to learn
• Ability to collaborate and work well with a team
• Previous leadership or management experience is a plus
• Previous experience with Shopify or similar eCommerce platform
• Hustle -- we get a LOT of orders and talk to a LOT of customers each day, and we need someone who can keep up!
