Job Summary

This person is responsible for making sure that we are producing consistent, high-quality products at an appropriate pace.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Reports directly to Phillip
• Supervises and trains the Production Team to ensure they are creating consistent, up-to-spec chocolates and working at an appropriate pace
• Makes sure ingredients are stocked and equipment is functional
• Actively places or directs the ordering of ingredients and required items for production
• Sets daily/weekly production goals for the team, and each individual
• Works alongside the Production Team to produce world-class chocolates
• Streamlines current processes and documents SOPs

Requirements and Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail
• Exceptional follow-through
• Excellent communication skills -- clear and friendly in person, on the phone, and via email/text
• Openness and willingness to learn
• Ability to collaborate and work well with a team
• Previous leadership or management experience
• Previous kitchen experience
• Hustle -- we get a LOT of orders and we need someone who can keep up and lead the team!
