PAC Social Media Coordinator
Job Summary
This person will oversee all our social media channels, create high quality content, and respond to customer inquiries.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Reports to Customer Experience Manager
- Manages all PAC social media accounts
- Creates and posts high-quality content -- photos, videos, and copy
- Engages with followers and respond to comments and DMs in the PA voice
- Works as part of the Customer Experience team by responding to calls, emails, and Podium messages
- Communicates with contractors for needed graphics/marketing materials needed for email campaigns, etc
Requirements and Qualifications
- Flexible -- willing to work some nights and weekends
- Good photography skills (nothing fancy, but should be comfortable with a smartphone camera)
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Ability to remain calm and kind, even with tough customers and situations
- Willingness to go the extra miles to make the customer happy
- *Attention to detail*
- Excellent communication skills -- clear and friendly in person, on the phone, and via email/text
- Openness and willingness to learn
- Ability to collaborate and work well with a team
- Hustle -- we get a LOT of orders and talk to a LOT of customers each day, and we need someone who can keep up!
